Job summary

Ascendion in Ireland is seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect with 12+ years of IT experience, including 7+ years in SAP SuccessFactors and 5+ years in SF solution/integration architecture. You will provide end-to-end oversight across SAP SuccessFactors and MuleSoft or other integration platforms, coordinating with connected internal and external systems.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving and stakeholder management to drive scalable, secure and maintainable

Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall IT experience.
• 7+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• 5+ years in SuccessFactors solution/integration architecture.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end solution oversight across SAP SuccessFactors, MuleSoft or other integration platforms and connected systems.
• Act as an independent technical challenger to ensure scalable, efficient and supportable business processes, applications and integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to influence functional, technical and integration decisions without direct authority.
