Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Transcend Deployment Manager focused on Quality Management to drive global SAP QM deployment and integration with NextGen QS. The role requires leadership of cross-functional teams, ensuring real-time quality control across Source, Make, and Deliver in a hybrid Cork-based setting.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in Quality Management within regulated environments, SAP QM expertise, and experience with CSV/validation.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in Quality, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Extensive experience in Quality Management processes within GxP-regulated manufacturing environments.
• Strong functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA Quality Management (QM) including batch management, inspection processes, non-conformance handling, and release workflows.
• Validated experience leading or supporting SAP implementations subject to CSV and regulatory inspection.
• Demonstrated people-management experience with accountability for functional delivery and quality outcomes.
• Experience in Supply Chain (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Finance and/or Master Data) and Data & Analytics.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing/packaging environment.
• Experience with ERP SAP (ECC6 and/or S/4HANA) knowledge and practical application.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support the global deployment of SAP Quality Management capabilities integrated with NextGen QS.
• Enable real-time quality event handling and non-conformance management across Source, Make, and Deliver.
• Define and govern batch determination rulesets for compliant batch usage.
• Lead functional testing, validation support, and hypercare activities for QM capabilities aligned with GxP/CSV.
• Collaborate跨-functional teams to ensure end-to-end quality integration across Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
• Provide functional leadership and coaching while remaining hands-on to ensure solution quality.
