Job summary

Aramark Ireland is leading a major payroll and workforce management transformation leveraging SAP Payroll and UKG Workforce Management to improve accuracy, experience, and efficiency. The Senior Project Manager will lead design, build, testing, go-live, and hypercare in a structured governance framework.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years' project management experience delivering complex enterprise transformation programmes.
• Leadership of at least one end-to-end SAP Payroll implementation or major SAP Payroll transformation programme.
• Payroll transformation experience supporting a workforce of approximately 8,000+ employees.
• Hands-on delivery across all project phases: design, build, testing, parallel runs, cutover, go-live, hypercare.
• Leadership of multi-workstream programmes involving Payroll, HR, Finance, Operations and Technology stakeholders.
• Experience managing systems integrators, implementation partners, and third-party vendors within governance and audit frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transformation from design through go-live and hypercare.
• Engage executive sponsors and facilitate programme workshops.
• Ensure alignment to business outcomes and maintain delivery momentum.
