Job summary

eir business talent are currently recruiting for a Senior SAP Project Manager with deep expertise in Payroll and Workforce Transformation, based in Dublin on a fixed-term contract. The role requires close collaboration with sponsors and senior leaders to shape delivery and ensure alignment with business outcomes.

You will oversee the full delivery lifecycle from design through hypercare, including payroll validation, parallel runs, cutover, go-live and post go-live support.

Qualifications

• Eight years of project management experience delivering complex enterprise transformation programmes.
• Leadership of at least one end-to-end SAP Payroll implementation or major SAP Payroll transformation programme.
• Experience delivering payroll transformation at a scale close to 8,000+ employees.
• Hands-on delivery across design, build, testing, payroll parallel runs, cutover, go-live and hypercare.
• Leadership of multi-stream programmes involving Payroll, HR, Finance and Technology stakeholders.
• Experience managing systems integrators, implementation partners and third-party vendors within governance and audit frameworks.
• Experience in labour-intensive environments (e.g., hospitality, facilities, retail).
• Experience supporting multi-company payroll environments.

• Fix term contract – 15 – 18 months initially
• Starting ASAP
• The Senior Project Manager will work closely with programme sponsors and senior business leaders to shape delivery, secure timely decisions and ensure that the programme remains aligned to its intended business outcomes.
• The role will oversee the complete delivery lifecycle, including design, build, testing, payroll validation, parallel runs, cutover, go-live and hypercare.

Essential Experience

• This role requires an experienced transformation leader with direct, relevant SAP Payroll delivery credentials.
• A minimum of eight years of project management experience delivering complex enterprise transformation programmes.
• Leadership of at least one end-to-end SAP Payroll implementation or major SAP Payroll transformation programme.
• Payroll transformation experience at a scale close to an 8,000+ employee workforce.
• Hands-on delivery experience across design, build, testing, payroll parallel runs, cutover, go-live and hypercare.
• Leadership of complex, multi-stream programmes involving Payroll, HR, Finance, Operations and Technology stakeholders.
• Strong management of systems integrators, implementation partners and third-party vendors within structured governance, risk, financial control and audit frameworks.
• UKG Workforce Management implementation experience.
• Experience delivering workforce management, scheduling, or time and attendance solutions.
• Experience in labour-intensive environments such as food services, facilities management, hospitality, retail or outsourced services.
• Experience supporting multi-company or multi-entity payroll environments.
