Job summary

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Transcend Logistics Deployment Process Lead to drive logistics process readiness across SAP S/4HANA and related business processes. You will work with Deployment, IT, site teams, and cross-functional partners to translate global design into site-ready solutions.

The role requires deep SAP logistics experience, ability to govern end-to-end processes, and strong collaboration across functions to ensure successful deployment and readiness across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Experience working within SAP S/4HANA logistics or supply-chain processes.
• Strong understanding of warehouse and inventory processes.
• Experience with SAP EWM, IM, Production Logistics, or TM.
• Experience supporting complex system implementations, deployments, or transformations.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end logistics process design and deployment across SAP modules.
• Review business processes and identify gaps between global design and deployment requirements.
• Coordinate testing and defect management with SMEs to ensure quality delivery.
• Enable end-to-end integration and alignment of data, processes and handoffs.
• Support site readiness, cutover, and hypercare preparations.
