Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a hands-on Transcend Logistics Deployment Process Lead to drive readiness across SAP S/4HANA and related logistics processes at our Ringaskiddy site. You will translate global designs into site-ready workflows, identify gaps, and support testing and cutover activities.

The role requires deep knowledge of warehouse, inventory, and end-to-end material flows, with collaboration across Deployment, IT, and business teams; remote options may be considered.

Qualifications

The Transcend Logistics Deployment Process Lead will support the successful deployment of the Transcend program by driving logistics process readiness across SAP S/4HANA and associated business processes.

The role will work closely with Deployment, Business Process Owners, IT, site teams, and cross-functional partners to translate the global design into executable site processes, identify and resolve gaps, support testing, and prepare the business for implementation.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver who can understand how materials, inventory, transactions, and data move end-to-end, rather than focusing solely on project tracking.
