Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Ireland invites aDelivery Manager to lead our web applications support in a hybrid model, coordinating onshore and offshore teams to ensure stable operations and timely incident resolution.

You will oversee governance, performance reporting, stakeholder engagement, and continuous service improvements, aiming to deliver value through automation and efficient delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Application Management Services (AMS) delivering support, enhancement and transformation programmes.
• Extensive AMS experience for .NET and React applications including Incident, Problem, Change, Release and Service Request Management.
• Proven leadership of large, multi-location delivery teams (onsite, offshore, hybrid).
• Strong governance: SLA/KPI management, service reporting and continuous service improvement initiatives.
• Skilled in stakeholder management with business and IT leadership involvement.
• Experience in application support transitions, knowledge transfer and operational readiness.
• Solid governance, risk management and controls within enterprise environments.
• Excellent leadership, communication and team management capabilities.
• Ability to identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Solid understanding of modern web architectures: .NET, ASP.NET Core, React, REST, cloud and DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stable operation of web applications (NET/React) and business processes.
• Manage Incident, Service Request, Problem and Change workflows and adhere to SLAs/KPIs.
• Deliver services within contractual commitments and monitor backlog and escalations.
• Lead onshore, offshore and nearshore delivery teams; manage consultants and workload balancing.
• Conduct governance reviews (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and report on operational, financial, risk and performance metrics.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and communicate during major incidents and transformations.
• Oversee budget, revenue, margins and resource utilization; approve staffing plans.
• Drive continuous service improvement and automation initiatives across SAP/enterprise landscape.
