The role requires 5+ years of enterprise IT project management, hands-on Salesforce transformation experience, and the ability to align business and technology teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Business/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of enterprise IT project management experience.
• Proven Salesforce project delivery experience (CRM or transformation).
• Strong governance, risk management and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce transformation projects (org simplification, integrations, platform optimization).
• Manage third-party integrations and simplify application landscape.
• Drive digital platform enhancements and business capabilities.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Business, IT, Salesforce, Architecture, and vendors.
• Facilitate governance meetings and executive reporting.
• Ensure delivery meets quality standards and objectives.
• Identify risks and opportunities across the lifecycle.
