Job summary

Waterford City Ford is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team. You will manage customers through the full vehicle sales process from enquiry to handover in a busy dealership.

You will drive the sale of new and used vehicles, manage showroom and online enquiries, follow up leads, conduct test drives, discuss finance options and maintain CRM records to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent follow-up and organisational abilities.
• Target-driven with ability to build customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage customers through the full vehicle sales process from enquiry to handover.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and sell new and used vehicles.
• Handle showroom, telephone and online enquiries; follow up all leads.
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives; match customers to vehicles.
• Discuss finance and add-on products where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and deliver a professional customer experience.

Waterford City Ford is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team!

This is a key sales role within the dealership, suited to someone who knows how to sell, understands the importance of follow-up and takes pride in building strong customer relationships.We are looking for someone who is commercially focused, motivated by targets and wants the opportunity to earn well in a busy and established dealership.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing customers through the full vehicle sales process, from the initial enquiry through to handover.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.
• Selling new and used vehicles.
• Managing showroom, telephone and online enquiries.
• Following up all leads and maximising sales opportunities.
• Conducting vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Understanding customer requirements and recommending the right vehicle.
• Discussing and presenting finance and additional products where appropriate.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date CRM records.
• Delivering a professional and positive customer experience.
