Evara is seeking a Senior Safety Advisor to provide hands-on health and safety support across construction projects and sites in Ireland. Qualifikationen

• 4–6 years’ relevant safety experience, preferably in construction or multi-site environments.
• Diploma, degree or higher qualification in Occupational Health & Safety or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of construction health and safety requirements, risk management and contractor control.
• Experience conducting inspections, audits, risk assessments and incident investigations.

• Act as a key contact for site health and safety matters across projects and locations.
• Engage with teams and contractors to influence behaviours and improve safety performance.
• Review risk assessments, method statements, audits and corrective action plans.
• Plan and conduct site inspections and audits and close out actions.
• Provide practical safety advice on safe systems of work and construction risks.
• Support investigations and identify root causes with corrective measures.
• Deliver inductions, toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Monitor documentation and contractor arrangements for compliance.
• Prepare monthly project safety reports and highlight trends and risks.
• Build relationships and contribute to safety process improvements.
• Lead safety initiatives and support wider improvement programmes.
