Job summary

Amach is seeking an experienced Risk and Compliance Lead embedded with our customer to strengthen enterprise risk, regulatory compliance, privacy, financial crime, policy governance, internal controls and incident response. This hands-on role balances practical support with governance and direct execution while working closely with senior stakeholders and teams.

Please note this role operates on a hybrid model, with 3 days per week in our customer's Dublin office.

Qualifications

• Experience spanning enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, privacy and financial crime.
• Ability to apply knowledge in practical business settings and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and embed risk and compliance activities for the customer.
• Maintain risk registers, action logs and governance papers.
• Report risk themes, incidents and remediation progress to senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate incident response and remediation with business units.
