Muiríosa Foundation invites applications for the Residential Leader (Social Care Manager 1/CNM1) role based in Mullingar, Westmeath/Meath. This full-time, permanent position encompasses Person in Charge responsibilities within a dynamic management team.

The role requires a management qualification and experience in social care, with leadership skills to deliver positive outcomes and a strong focus on the individuals we support. Flexible work-life balance and development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years post-qualification management experience in ID services.
• Full Current Manual Driving Licence required.
• Qualification appropriate to role (Social Care, Nursing or equivalent).
• Suitability as outlined in job description and person specification.

• Take on Person in Charge responsibilities with required management qualification.
