Job summary

Embrace Community Services is recruiting a Person in Charge to oversee adult and children's residential houses in Ireland. You will lead the team, ensure high quality care, and comply with regulatory standards while delivering the organization's vision.

The role requires a Level 7 degree in Social Care (CORU registered) or a Nursing degree (NMBI registered) and at least three years of managerial experience in health and social care, plus a recognized managerial qualification (level 6).

Qualifications

• Must hold a Level 7 Degree in Social Care (CORU) OR a Nursing Degree (NMBI).
• Minimum of three years managerial experience in Health and Social Care.
• Must hold a recognised managerial qualification (Level 6 NFQ).
• Evidence of continuing professional development.
