ProSource Group seeks a Senior Resident Engineer to oversee bridge and road infrastructure works in County Kerry, Ireland. The role focuses on day-to-day site supervision of upgrades, replacements and related works within a defined programme.

The ideal candidate has a civil/structural engineering degree and 10+ years in a Resident Engineer role, with experience in masonry, concrete and steel structures, plus excellent communication and reporting skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years post-graduate experience in Resident Engineer role.
• Experience with masonry, concrete and steel structures in construction/rehabilitation projects.
• Excellent communication, reporting and site coordination skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day site supervision of bridge upgrades, replacement works and related infrastructure.
• Monitor contractor activities against drawings, specifications and contract requirements.
• Inspect works, monitor quality & progress, maintain site records.
• Review method statements and technical submissions, coordinate queries with design team.
• Support contract administration and liaise with contractor, client and stakeholders.
• Monitor site safety and identify construction issues requiring action.
