Job summary

Savills Ireland Research seeks a senior-level researcher to deliver high-quality analysis and market intelligence across the property markets. You will operate independently, lead major outputs, and translate complex data into actionable insights for market-facing teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Real Estate, Finance or similar. Postgraduate qualification would be advantageous.
• Several years of experience in property research, economics, consultancy, market intelligence or related analytical role.
• Strong understanding of macroeconomic trends and property markets, with ability to explain impact on real estate performance.
• Proven ability to originate, manage and deliver high-quality research independently.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with large or complex datasets.

Responsibilities

• Originate, lead and deliver high-quality evidence-based research from concept to sign-off.
• Develop original, commercially relevant research themes to strengthen Savills' market position.
• Extract key messages from complex data and stakeholder discussions into clear narrative.
