Citi Dublin seeks a senior leader in Financial Reporting and Regulatory Reporting to drive timely client deliverables and strategic governance. You will manage a team, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including the Central Bank of Ireland, and lead rollout of new reporting applications across Dublin, Warsaw and Luxembourg.

Experience in fund accounting, change management and SME knowledge is essential, with strong communication and accounting for financial instruments.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in reporting department within a Fund Administrator, audit, fund accounting, finance, or business-related area.
• Experience in fund administration, change management, and/or project management.
• Demonstrated SME knowledge in related area.
• Knowledge of Confluence Unity and other reporting platforms beneficial but not essential.
• Strong accounting for financial instruments and analytical skills; client presentations.

Responsabilités

• Ensuring timely and accurate deliverables to clients for Financial, Client and Regulatory reporting deliverables.
• Client Relationship Management and stakeholder engagement with auditors and regulators.
• Managing, leading, coaching and developing a team of direct reports.
• Leading governance culture and cross-office collaboration (Dublin, Warsaw, Luxembourg).
• Representing Citi in management and client meetings; escalation point for issues.
