Allied Talent, on behalf of an international bank in Dublin, seeks a Senior Regulatory Manager to lead prudential capital and regulatory reporting. You will provide clear, practical advice on regulatory matters and influence capital strategy across the Irish operation.

The role focuses on ICAAP, COREP, regulatory interactions with the Central Bank of Ireland, and delivering robust capital reporting within a high-growth Dublin operation.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years' experience in prudential capital within banking or the CBI.
• In-depth knowledge of the prudential rules that apply to Irish credit institutions.
• Confident dealing with senior stakeholders and regulators.
• A track record of leading change, process improvement or policy updates.
• Able to deliver to tight reporting deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Provide prudential capital expertise that supports the firm's strategic objectives.
• Monitor and forecast capital, on both an expected and a stressed basis.
• Lead the design and delivery of the ICAAP and Recovery Plan.
• Scan the regulatory horizon so new obligations are spotted and implemented early.
• Act as the point person with the Central Bank of Ireland, managing queries and information requests.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of COREP and statistical returns.
• Monitor control frameworks and drive improvements.
