Job summary

KPMG Ireland seeks a Regulatory Manager for Regulatory Reporting and Prudential Regulation. You will lead advisory engagements, interpret regulatory requirements, and guide data, governance and controls across large financial services clients.

The role operates within a hybrid Dublin model and offers strong career progression. Ideal candidates will have 5–7 years in regulated financial institutions or professional services, with deep EU prudential knowledge and experience across COREP, FINREP,

Qualifications

• Strong practical experience in regulatory reporting and prudential regulation for banks or other regulated financial services firms in Ireland and/or Europe.
• Proven ability to interpret reporting instructions and translate them into data, process and control requirements.
• Experience with solo/consolidated returns and disclosures (COREP, FINREP, LCR, NSFR, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver regulatory reporting engagements and prudential advisory projects within KPMG Ireland and international network.
• Advise clients on regulatory interpretation, reporting perimeter and governance, data quality and change management.
• Review regulatory returns, calculations and supporting evidence, delivering clear findings and actionable recommendations to senior management.
• Support engagement with Central Bank of Ireland, ECB and other authorities where applicable.
