Job summary

Waystone in Ireland is seeking an Associate Director – Relationship Management to lead and support client relationships across Waystone funds from a commercial and governance perspective. You will coordinate with Investment Managers, Fund Boards, and service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery.

The role requires strong relationship-building, at least 8 years in an investment funds environment, and solid knowledge of AIFMD/UCITS/MiFID.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in an investment funds environment.
• Knowledge of regulations including AIFMD, UCITS and MiFID.
• Client facing background with presentation skills.
• Strong IT skills including MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage client relationships, ensuring clients are satisfied with the service delivered across Waystone group entities.
• Act as primary point of coordination for clients, engaging with Investment Managers, Fund Boards, and service providers.
