Job summary

U.S. Bank Europe DAC is seeking a Regulatory Reporting professional to join our Europe team in Dublin to ensure timely preparation, review and submission of regulatory returns with strong data integrity.

You will interpret new regulatory requirements, perform reconciliations, and collaborate with Finance, Risk and Technology to enhance reporting processes and governance. A degree in accounting/finance and 3+ years in related roles are required.

Qualifications

  • Essential 3+ years' experience within: Regulatory Reporting, Financial Reporting, Treasury Reporting, Risk Reporting, Banking Finance.
  • Strong understanding of prudential banking regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Advanced Excel skills / Data Management Skills.
  • Experience performing reconciliations, control reviews and analytical assessments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review and submission of regulatory returns across U.S. Bank Europe DAC and associated European entities.
  • Perform detailed reconciliations and data quality reviews between regulatory returns, general ledger balances, risk systems and management information.
  • Interpret regulatory changes and support change management projects (CRR/CRD, EBA/ECB/CBI).
  • Maintain a strong control environment; document procedures and support audits.
  • Analyse large data sets and collaborate with Data Governance, Finance, Risk and Technology teams.
