Job summary

PwC Ireland, in the FS Risk & Regulation group, seeks a Manager with strong banking prudential risk experience to deliver across multiple client projects. You will review regulatory reporting, liquidity governance and capital models, providing actionable outputs and ensuring delivery quality across deadlines.

You will work with Risk, Finance and Treasury teams, oversee junior staff, and contribute to market updates and internal materials while maintaining client relationships and governance

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in capital management, liquidity, risk or regulatory reporting.
• Capital management knowledge including CRR and RWA calculations.
• Credit risk frameworks, appetite, and reporting.
• Liquidity management concepts such as LCR/NSFR, ILAAP and governance.
• Experience with regulatory reporting and stress testing concepts.
• Strong numerical and analytical capability with data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Work on concurrent client projects covering various prudential risk topics, organizing work, tracking actions and delivering outputs.
• Review client information to understand current approach and identify gaps or regulatory misalignments.
• Analyse capital, liquidity, stress testing data and explain results, assumptions, and needed challenges.
• Prepare outputs such as findings papers, gap analyses, remediation plans and management reports for senior stakeholders.
• Attend meetings with client teams across Risk, Finance, Treasury and Regulatory Reporting and elevate risks and timelines as needed.
• Review and mentor junior team members, providing feedback and developing technical knowledge and delivery discipline.
• Contribute to internal materials, market updates, proposals and viewpoints on prudential risk topics.
