Job summary

KPMG Ireland is seeking a Regulatory Reporting and Prudential Regulation Manager in Dublin under a hybrid model. This Manager role requires deep experience in regulatory reporting and prudential requirements, with a track record of stakeholder engagement and project leadership.

You'll work with top Irish and European financial services clients, interface with regulators when needed, and mentor junior staff while delivering practical, data‑driven insights that improve governance and reporting

Qualifications

• Strong practical experience in regulatory reporting and prudential regulation for banks or other regulated financial services firms in Ireland/Europe.
• Ability to interpret reporting instructions and translate into data, process and control requirements.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in regulated financial environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory reporting and prudential advisory engagements with the KPMG Ireland network.
• Advise clients on regulatory interpretation, reporting perimeter and governance.
• Review regulatory returns, methodologies and supporting evidence for senior management.
• Engage with Central Bank of Ireland and European supervisory authorities as applicable.
• Manage engagement teams, budgets and delivery risks while coaching juniors.
• Support business development through propositions and client pitches.
• Contribute to cross‑service initiatives and quality standards across the practice.
