Job summary

DM Financial is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Professional in Ireland to support the expansion of our Regulatory Reporting function for asset managers and pension funds. The role focuses on accuracy, timely submissions, and collaboration with the Netherlands team.

You will grow expertise in regulatory reporting, data validation, and client servicing, contributing to a scalable, high-quality Ireland operation with opportunities for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
• 5–10 years of relevant professional experience in the financial services sector.
• Strong interest in developing expertise within the asset management sector and professional development.
• Growth mindset with willingness to continuously develop technical knowledge.
• Knowledge of regulatory reporting in asset management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and expansion of the Regulatory Reporting function in Ireland, working with the Netherlands team.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of regulatory reporting processes, standards, and best practices.
• Deliver accurate, timely regulatory reporting services to asset management and pension funds.
• Take ownership of end-to-end regulatory reporting, including preparation and review of client reports.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships and respond to queries.
• Monitor quality and efficiency of deliverables; identify process improvements.
• Translate client feedback into practical improvements to reporting processes.
• Collaborate with the Netherlands team for knowledge transfer and consistency.
• Support growth and onboarding of new team members in Ireland.
• Progressively take on leadership of the Irish Regulatory Reporting function.
