Job summary

AMS, a global leader in talent solutions, is seeking a Senior Recruiter to support Kingspan in a hybrid Dublin-based role. You will lead end-to-end recruitment, build candidate pipelines, and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver high-quality hires in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong English, stakeholder management, and a proactive sourcing mindset, with onsite presence in Dublin 3 days a week and collaboration across EMEA & UK&I.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability in managing end-to-end recruitment processes with senior stakeholders.
• Proactive sourcing techniques such as direct search, headhunting, and candidate attraction strategies.
• Strong communication skills to build trusted, long-lasting relationships with candidates, stakeholders, and team members.
• Full professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to drive change by influencing and improving recruitment processes.
• Analytical thinking with a high attention to detail and practical problem solving.
• Ability to work effectively in complex, fast-changing recruitment environments.
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies, sourcing tools, and applicant tracking systems.

Key Accountabilities

What you’ll do:

• Lead end to end recruitment processes by applying your expertise in managing hiring activities from briefing through to offer
• Use your proactive sourcing skills to identify, engage, and build pipelines of high quality talent through direct search, networking, and market research
• Apply your assessment and decision making skills to deliver high quality, engaged candidate shortlists with clear and informed recommendations
• Apply your relationship building skills to develop and strengthen partnerships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
• Use your interviewing skills to conduct thorough and structured candidate assessments
• Identify process improvements by applying your problem solving and continuous improvement mindset
• Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication and proactive engagement
• Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience by using your communication skills to provide regular updates and transparency
• Apply your attention to detail to produce accurate management information and maintain recruitment systems
• Deliver results by using your organisational and performance management skills to meet SLAs, KPIs, and team objectives
