Job summary

Sisk Group in Dublin is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our head office in Citywest. You will support hiring across Ireland, the UK and Europe, handling sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement.

You will collaborate with hiring teams, develop strategies, manage campaigns, and build strong relationships with candidates. The role demands a solid recruitment background, with experience across the full lifecycle and proficiency in ATS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• At least three years’ experience in an internal or agency recruitment role.
• Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Results-focused and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Good understanding of engineering and construction sector roles.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring teams to understand resourcing plans and recruitment priorities.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent.
• Manage multiple recruitment campaigns, sourcing candidates through agency partners, social media, job boards and professional networks.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for critical technical roles, including Project Managers, multi-disciplinary engineering positions and core project delivery roles.
• Identify, screen and pre-qualify candidates for projects across Ireland, the UK and mainland Europe.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews and support the selection process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective candidates.
• Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes and outcomes.
• Use direct hiring channels to attract talent through job boards, networking, referrals and social media, while continuously identifying new sourcing approaches.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the ATS and related recruitment reports.

You will help identify current and future resourcing requirements, advertise vacancies, source and screen candidates, track recruitment progress and deliver an excellent candidate experience. Experience
