Job summary

You will lead analyses using EMR, claims, and observational data, shaping the RWS strategy and ensuring patient safety across Therapeutic Areas. Ideal candidates have a master’s degree in a related field and 3+ years in pharma/biotech consulting, with strong SQL and programming skills (R/Python) to derive health insights for stakeholders in Clinical Development,

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Office-based role with standard business hours and collaboration.
• Experience with healthcare data and real-world data approaches preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver/Implement advanced secondary analyses of data from EMR, claims and primary observational data for TA RWE strategies.
• Collaborate in a rapid analytics environment to ideate impactful analyses and implementations.
• Provide technical input to support study design, data partner selection and best practices in RWE data use.
• Monitor work performed by contract personnel and vendors.
• Maintain insight into external partners' capabilities in RWE for US and emerging markets.
• Demonstrate best practice in Real World Data Science across multiple domains.
