Azurity Pharmaceuticals seeks a Senior Medical Affairs Manager, Field Medical Excellence, Ireland-based hybrid. You will drive operational excellence across global Field Medical, optimizing CRM, analytics, processes, digital tools, and training to enhance scientific engagement and decision-making.

Reporting to the Director of Stakeholder Engagement & Field Medical Excellence, you will standardize best practices, enable data-driven decisions, and support innovation to maximize impact across

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree (PharmD, PhD, MSc or equivalent).
• Experience leading field medical initiatives and MSL leadership.
• Background in medical insights, analytics, dashboards, or reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRM strategy and governance for global Field Medical operations.
• Develop standardized field medical dashboards to track engagement and impact.
• Oversee KOL mapping, training, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Medical Directors to improve insights quality and actionability.
• Advance digital enablement and AI-enabled reporting within Field Medical.
• Drive process harmonization and continuous improvement across regions.
• Ensure compliance with medical exchange and EFPIA/ABPI guidelines.
