Qualifications

• Advanced Degree required in life sciences or healthcare with 12+ years of PV experience.
• Strong attention to detail to optimize Safety operations processes and drive consistency.
• Strong leadership capabilities and excellent communication and planning skills to manage multiple projects.
• Preferred experience with oversight of operations within a global patient safety organization.
• Preferred experience with AI technologies.
• Preferred experience leading a matrixed role and people management.

Responsibilities

• Develop the team and drive standardization of safety activities across projects.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Regulatory, Med Affairs and Biostats teams to align safety activities.
• Lead Safety Monitoring Team, Safety Surveillance Plan and Signal Evaluation process.
• Oversee training programs and maintain a standardized safety curriculum.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and quality across Safety Sciences Delivery.
