Job summary

Citco is seeking an experienced professional to join the Real Assets Operations and Support team. You will oversee onboarding initiatives, lead a skilled team, and drive process improvements across client fund servicing and technology platforms.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a track record in real estate/private equity operations, with exposure to Yardi and related systems. A senior, client-facing position with strategic impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or related field.
• CPA or CFA designation preferred.
• Demonstrated delivery of complex projects in real assets/private equity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee high priority client fund onboarding and application support initiatives.
• Lead a team of technical subject matter experts and application support specialists.
• Coordinate with all relevant teams to ensure workflows meet client needs and regulatory controls.
• Develop client service plans and resource allocation for new accounts.
• Maintain proactive customer focus and drive continuous improvement of service delivery.
