Job summary

John Sisk & Son Ltd is seeking a Project Manager - RC & Facade to lead on-site delivery, guaranteeing quality, safety and financial performance across engineering projects. You will coordinate contract aspects, align with client expectations and uphold Sisk's HSEQS standards.

The role requires proven experience delivering large-scale construction programs, strong leadership, and effective coordination of multidisciplinary teams, with a focus on value and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in project management within a Tier 1 construction or engineering environment.
• Relevant health and safety certification (e.g. Safe Pass, CSCS, SMSTS or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and deliver projects in line with programme, budget and specifications.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, commercial, design and construction.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain reporting on progress, costs, quality and performance indicators.
• Lead project teams and build strong relationships with clients and supply chain.
