Job summary

John Sisk & Son Ltd in Cork is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to lead an on-site team across a major civil project. You will oversee delivery, quality, safety, and financial performance, coordinating the contract and aligning with client expectations.

You will manage preconstruction planning, subcontractor performance, risk and commercial controls, and ensure HSEQS compliance while driving value and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' civil engineering project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of NEC3/JCT forms.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site delivery and project coordination.
• Develop programmes and manage contract submissions.
• Direct subcontractor selection and performance.
• Control commercial, risk, and CVR reporting.
• Ensure HSEQS compliance and quality.
• Support post-construction close-out activities.
