John Sisk & Son Ltd is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, technically challenging projects or major sections of works. Reporting to the Project/Regional Director, you will plan, coordinate and manage all aspects per the PEP aligned to Sisk’s strategy.

You will be responsible for delivery, safety, environment, quality and P&L, working with clients and the supply chain, ensuring compliance with safety policies and procedures. Flexible and remote working options are available.

Formación

• Ten+ years’ experience in construction management or similar role.
• Proven ability to manage large, technically challenging projects.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and monitor key stage programmes.
• Set up the site and maintain site security.
• Coordinate trades activities and communicate with subcontractors.
• Ensure approvals and licenses are in place to progress work.
• Review buildability and identify advantageous construction methods.
• Attend site and project meetings and circulate notes.
• Lead safety, environmental and quality management on site.
