Job summary

WSP is seeking a Senior/Principal Reliability (RAM) Engineer for Rail in Dublin. The role leads RAM activities aligned with EN 50126, guides a RAM team, and liaises with stakeholders to support bids and strategic decisions.

It also involves mentoring junior RAM staff and promoting innovative methods within a cross-disciplinary project environment. The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree (or equivalent experience) with RAM experience, ideally in rail, and Chartered Engineer status or

Qualifications

• A degree in a technical engineering related discipline, or extensive relevant experience.
• RAM engineering experience (rail desirable, but not essential).
• Professional registration as a Chartered Engineer or significant progression towards that goal.

Responsibilities

• Manage RAM processes according to sector standards (EN 50126 for rail).
• Lead RAM team to deliver planned activities and manage sub-contractors.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
