Job summary

Hunter Savage is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a key role in Monaghan. The successful candidate will lead cost planning, budgeting and forecasting, and manage cost estimates, tenders and contracts within a dynamic residential, commercial and conservation project portfolio.

The Role:

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will:

• Lead cost planning, budgeting and project forecasting

The Person:

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:

• A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related discipline
• 5+ years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Social Housing / Residential experience
• Strong knowledge of cost management, tendering and contracts
• Excellent negotiation, analytical and communication skills
• Confidence using cost management software and MS Office
