You will partner with operations, clients and senior management to maximise contract margin, mentor surveyors, and deliver profitable project outcomes while maintaining strong client relationships. A degree in Quantity Surveying and professional accreditation are desirable.

Qualifications

Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics or related discipline.
Professional accreditation desirable (RICS, SCSI or equivalent).

Job description

Role Purpose

The Senior Quantity Surveyor has overall responsibility for the commercial management and financial performance of industrial services projects and contracts. The role ensures robust cost control, contract administration, risk management and commercial governance across multiple projects while supporting profitable growth and protecting the company's commercial interests.

The position acts as a key business partner to operational leadership, clients and senior management, providing commercial insight and strategic support to maximise contract performance and margin delivery.

The successful candidate will be a commercially focused Quantity Surveyor who combines strong financial discipline with excellent stakeholder management skills. They will provide commercial leadership across the division, ensuring that projects are delivered profitably while supporting operational teams and maintaining strong client relationships.

Experience Required
