KSN Construction Consultants in Dublin are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to help deliver cost management across a range of landmark projects. You will contribute to estimating, cost planning, and final accounts within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a similar quantity surveying role.
• Previous QS experience within a PQS environment desirable.

Responsibilities

• Estimating & Cost Planning – reporting directly to Clients
• Preparing Bills of Quantities
• Compiling Contract Documentation
• Preparing Cost Reports
• Preparing Monthly Valuations
• Preparation and Agreement of Final Accounts
• Review and Resolve Contractual Claims
• Attend Meetings with Clients and Design Team Members
• Training and development of junior staff

Education

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or above
