Job summary

KSN Construction Consultants in Dublin are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to help deliver cost management across a range of landmark projects. You will contribute to estimating, cost planning, and final accounts within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a similar quantity surveying role.
• Previous QS experience within a PQS environment desirable.

• Preparing Cost Reports
• Preparing Monthly Valuations
• Preparation and Agreement of Final Accounts
• Review and Resolve Contractual Claims
• Attend Meetings with Clients and Design Team Members
• Training and development of junior staff

Education

Our roles involve all aspects of surveying including:

• Pre-contract cost control and advice to clients and design teams
• Pre-contract document preparation
• All post contract functions including; interim recommendations, cost reporting, client meetings and final account reconciliations on a diverse range of projects
• Responsibility for training and development of Junior Quantity Surveyors as part of team structure

• A level 8 degree in Quantity Surveying or above
• 3+ Years’ experience in a similar role
