Job summary

Clancy in Dublin seeks an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial ownership on a major Dublin project, working closely with the Managing QS.

You will manage costs, valuations and variations while maintaining rigorous reporting, stakeholder communication, and strong collaboration with the project team. This role requires 8–10 years QS experience and a degree in Quantity Surveying.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Dublin and build a long-term relationship. You will take ownership of the commercial aspects of a key / major project in the Dublin Region - working closely with the Managing QS.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• 8-10 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally with a Tier 1/Tier 2 Irish contractor (residential or large-scale projects preferred)
• Degree qualified e.g. BSc in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
• Strong commercial management and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in relevant QS software and Microsoft Office
