Job summary

Clancy in Dublin is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to own the commercial management of a major project from its Sandyford office. You will work alongside the Managing Quantity Surveyor on this significant residential/commercial development.

The role requires 8–10 years’ QS experience, a Quantity Surveying degree, and strong cost reporting skills. It is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Eight to ten years' experience as a quantity surveyor.
• Degree in quantity surveying or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong commercial management and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial side of a major project in the Dublin region.
• Monitor costs, budgets and financial performance for the project.
• Prepare and review valuations, claims and variations.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and clear communication across the project team.
