The role requires 6+ years' experience, a relevant QS qualification, and strong MS Office skills. Excellent organizational abilities and a drive for value engineering are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience as a quantity surveyor with a main contractor or developer.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Oversee key package cashflow and interim invoices
• Supervise retention for each package
• Conduct re-measurements upon package completion and finalize accounts
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and material procurement schedules
• Establish a procurement schedule for the project
• Conduct regular reviews of works to pinpoint opportunities for cost-saving measures

Requirements:

• 6+ years' experience working as a quantity surveyor with a main contractor or developer
• Relevant Quantity Surveying qualification
