Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is seeking a Senior Project Quantity Surveyor to manage all commercial aspects of high-quality residential construction projects from inception through to completion.

You will lead procurement, cost monitoring and control, interim payments, and final accounts, while producing accurate forecasts and valuations. Collaboration with stakeholders and site meetings will be essential to ensure delivery against targets.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying with significant post-graduate experience in a similar residential role.
• Strong IT skills with CostX (or similar) and MS Office applications.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to meet demanding time and quality targets and manage priorities.
• Experience working collaboratively within a team.
