Job summary

Framespace Solutions in Longford is seeking a Quality Manager to own quality across manufacturing and site operations. You will drive the Quality Management System, ensure ISO 9001 compliance, and lead the Quality Technician as production volumes grow.

Based at the Longford facility with nationwide site visits, you will partner with production, design and site teams to raise standards and deliver first-time-right modules for projects across Ireland.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a quality role within construction, manufacturing or engineering, including at least 2 years at manager or lead level
• Hands-on experience implementing or maintaining ISO 9001
• A proven track record in non-conformance management, root cause analysis and CAPA
• Experience with inspection and test plans and quality documentation
• The confidence to challenge and influence at both shop floor and leadership level
• Strong report-writing, organisational and IT skills
• A full clean driving licence and willingness to travel to sites nationwide

Responsibilities

• Lead quality management system development and maintenance across production and site
• Oversee inspections on the production floor across shifts
• Manage non-conformances, root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Support site installation teams with quality inspections and handover
• Lead and develop the Quality Technician and report on quality KPIs
• Deliver quality training and toolbox talks to production teams
