Senior Quality Manager – Engineering & Construction

Job summary

ROSS Group is seeking a Quality Manager to lead and develop quality management across our Engineering and Construction businesses in Ireland. You will drive the Group Quality Strategy, maintain the QMS, and ensure standards are met across projects, fabrication and operations.

The role is hands-on, covering engineering, fabrication and project delivery, with responsibility for audits, supplier quality and continuous improvement. Travel to sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction or Quality Management.
• 5+ years in Quality Management/QA within engineering, construction or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Strong understanding of EN 1090 Factory Production Control (FPC).
• Familiar with welding standards ISO 3834, EN ISO 9606, EN ISO 5817 and EN ISO 14731.

Responsibilities

• Lead Quality Management activities across Engineering and Construction.
• Develop, implement and improve the Quality Management System.
• Manage internal audits, management reviews and external audit prep.
• Standardise QMS documentation and processes across the business.
• Oversee quality control and compliance across activities.
• Plan and conduct internal audits and manage non-conformances and corrective actions.
• Lead root-cause investigations and CAPA processes.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production and Procurement teams to improve supplier quality.
• Provide quality training and guidance to project teams.
