Framespace Solutions in Longford is seeking a Health & Safety Manager to lead safety across manufacturing and site operations. You will own the Safety Management System, drive risk assessments, audits and incident investigations, and build a culture of safety that meets ISO 45001 and SHWW Act 2005 compliance.
Based in the Midlands, you’ll provide frontline leadership, manage incidents, support lifting and site safety, and liaise with regulators, insurers and senior leadership to protect our
Competenze
- 5+ years in health and safety roles in construction or manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of Irish H&S legislation including SHWW Act 2005.
- Proven incident investigation experience.
- Experience managing lifting operations and workplace transport.
- Excellent report-writing and IT skills.
- Full clean driving licence.
Mansioni
- Lead Safety Management System development and maintenance to ISO 45001 and SHWW Act 2005 across production and sites.
- Own risk assessments, safe systems of work, audits and daily inspections.
- Respond to incidents, conduct root-cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
- Oversee lifting operations, forklift and site transport safety, and contractor safety.
