Job summary

Analog Devices is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Engineer for its Limerick, Ireland site. You will support daily operations in a cleanroom environment, lead cross-functional teams, and drive KPI improvements for semiconductor manufacturing equipment.

The role requires 6–10 years in maintenance within regulated settings and strong root cause analysis abilities. Education must include NFQ Level 7 or 8 Bachelor’s degrees.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of maintenance/engineering experience in a highly regulated semiconductor environment.
• Bachelor-level degree as listed above; NFQ levels 7 or 8.
• Strong analytical troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis skills; TPM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operation of semiconductor manufacturing facility with problem solving and RCA.
• Lead cross functional teams using data-driven analysis for improvements.
• Drive KPI improvements: Availability, MTTR, MTBF for equipment.
• Work with equipment such as suppliers' implanters, deposition platforms, and related tooling.
