Trust in SODA is seeking a Senior QA Engineer (Contractor) to join a high-performing team building real-time, high-availability payment systems. The role is hands-on and requires ownership to improve quality from day one.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in test automation (web/API/distributed systems), UI testing, integration testing, performance testing, SQL validation, mocking, CI/CD, and production-grade practices.

Competenze

• 5+ years of professional software testing/QA experience.
• Strong test automation for web apps, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Hands-on Java experience.
• Experience with Cucumber.
• REST API testing proficiency.
• SQL Server / SQL proficiency.
• TestNG experience.
• Experience with Postman.
• Mocking/service virtualization tools (WireMock/Mountebank).
• Performance testing tools (JMeter).
• CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
• Version control with Git/Bitbucket.
• Docker and Kubernetes.
• Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Elastic/Kibana or similar monitoring/log analysis.

We are hiring a Senior QA Engineer (Contractor) to join a high-performing engineering team building real-time, high-availability payment systems. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical depth, ownership, and the ability to improve quality from day one.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience across test automation, API testing, UI testing, integration testing, performance testing, SQL validation, mocking/stubbing, CI/CD, and production-quality engineering practices. They should be able to clearly demonstrate their technical decision-making with practical examples.
