Crown, Ireland's leading roofing, cladding and façade contractor, is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage commercial delivery on major projects across Ireland and Europe. The role supports procurement, budgeting, risk management and final accounts while travelling to sites as required.

Based in Ireland or the UK, you will lead subcontractor negotiations, oversee cost controls and mentor junior team members within a growing European operation. Remote or hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction.
• Strong cost management, budgeting and financial reporting capabilities.
• Experience in subcontractor procurement, contracts, variations and final accounts.

Responsabilités

• Lead commercial management of projects from procurement through final account.
• Manage budgets, cash flow forecasts and financial reporting.
• Prepare, review and negotiate interim valuations, variations and final accounts.
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, payments and commercial negotiations.
• Identify risks and optimise contract performance and margins.
• Lead tender reviews and procurement strategies.
• Support value engineering and cost-saving initiatives.
• Report financial updates to senior management.
