Job summary

Dornan Engineering Group is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support our Data Centre project based in Dublin West. The role is client-facing, hands-on, and requires self-sufficiency while collaborating with the commercial team.

Hybrid work: 4 days on site and 1 remote, as agreed with the line manager. You will manage cash flow, cost reporting, and commercial risk for the project, ensuring timely recovery strategies and strong liaising with the Project Manager/Director.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• 4+ years experience in a commercial role.
• Experience with data centres/pharmaceutical/industrial sectors desirable.

Responsibilities

• Validate tender after award with Project Manager/Director.
• Prepare CCS and update regularly.
• Prepare cash flow by analysing billings and costs.
• Compile monthly reports per group procedures.
• Conduct monthly on-site measurements and interim valuations.
