Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in Quantity Surveying within construction or engineering fields.
• Experience managing project costs, subcontractors, and contract administration.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, valuations, and variations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams across major data centre developments.
• Support the commercial delivery of Mechanical, Electrical, and CSA project packages.
• Prepare cost plans and support cost monitoring throughout the project lifecycle.
