Job summary

Cpl Group seeks an experienced Quantity Surveying Manager to join a critical infrastructure data centre team delivering major projects across Ireland. This senior role combines leadership with strong commercial and cost-management expertise, and requires proven Irish data centre experience.

Qualifications

• Extensive cost management experience on major capital projects.
• Irish data centre or mission-critical infrastructure background.
• MRICS or MSCSI accreditation.
• Strong budgeting, cost control, and reporting skills.
• Experience with Primavera or Project Cost X and earned value techniques.
• Excellent client-facing and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost management strategy and standards across projects.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts through feasibility to final account.
• Develop scalable cost systems and digital reporting tools.
• Maintain client relationships and advise on risk and value engineering.
• Mentor and develop the QS team.
